Projects by Sector

We have a keen interest in unusual and old buildings, an excellent knowledge of conservation matters and the best way to handle such sensitive projects, especially where English Heritage, CADW, the local Conservation Officer and local amenity groups are involved.

We are able to provide “Statements of Significance” in support of proposals where there are conservation interests to be addressed.

We have been involved in many residential and commercial projects concerning listed buildings and their development; re-use and conversion, alteration and extension and “enabling development” schemes.

We are affiliated to the IHBC (Institute of Historic Buildings & Conservation).
